Free tracked delivery

Delivery is free on every order to any address in Australia, and every order is tracked.

How long it takes

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse overseas, which is why delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days in total rather than 2 or 3. Remote areas can take a few days longer.

You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to Australian addresses only. A street address is the most reliable; delivery to PO Boxes and parcel lockers can't always be guaranteed.

Late or lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us. We'll chase it, send a replacement or refund you.

Prices, duties and taxes

All prices are in Australian dollars. There are no customs fees or duties to pay on delivery.
