These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Tiptoe. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars. We try hard to keep prices and product details accurate. If we make a pricing error, we'll contact you before your order ships and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, in which case we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers at checkout. We don't see or store your full card details.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Australia. Delivery times are estimates; see our shipping policy for details.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Our 30-night guarantee, 12-month warranty and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are set out in our refund policy.

Using Tiptoe safely

Tiptoe is a vibrating alarm. It isn't a medical device and isn't designed to diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. It isn't a replacement for a smoke alarm, medical alert or other safety system. Please follow the care and charging instructions on our setup page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products.

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Website content

The text, images, designs and branding on this website belong to Tiptoe and can't be copied or reused without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
